Lei Cha (擂茶)

My first time cooking Lei Cha at my home sweet home.

Lei Cha (擂茶) is a Hakka dishes. The meal consisting of a tea-soup which is made from chinese tea leaves and some veggies.

Other ingredients include bean curd and salted turnips.

It is a very healthy dish and suitable for people on diet.
